5. User Data, Files, and Content

You retain your rights in the files, text, images, and data entered into a tool, to the extent that you lawfully hold those rights.

Using Toolora does not transfer ownership of your content to us. You grant only the limited permission necessary to process that content for the feature you select.

You represent that you have the rights, authority, or permission required to use and process the content. You remain responsible for submitted content and the consequences of its use.

Do not enter sensitive personal data, trade secrets, credentials, or another person's information unless you have a lawful basis and permission to process it.

You must review results before downloading, publishing, submitting, printing, or relying on them for a decision.

Toolora does not guarantee that results will always be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by a school, university, company, government authority, or other organization.

7. Academic Use

Academic tools are provided as assistance tools only. You remain responsible for following academic integrity rules, writing styles, citation requirements, and institutional policies.

Tool results must not be used for plagiarism, cheating, research falsification, data manipulation, or other conduct prohibited by academic rules.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting suggestions or feedback, you permit us to read, evaluate, and use them to improve or develop the Site without any obligation to implement the suggestion or provide compensation.

This permission does not transfer ownership of materials that you already owned before submitting the feedback.

10. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal information are governed by Toolora's Privacy Policy, which is related to and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Site, you understand that certain information may be processed to operate the service, maintain security, save preferences, measure usage, and display advertisements as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Site may display advertisements and use services, software libraries, or links supplied by third parties. Those parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content, products, transactions, security, availability, or conduct. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before using a service or entering into a transaction.

12. Availability and Service Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, networks, cyberattacks, user devices, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may apply usage limits, rate limits, file restrictions, or security measures to maintain stability and prevent abuse.

13. Suspension or Termination

Provisions that are intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, user responsibility, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its tools are provided on an as-available basis. Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain functionality and service quality, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining file backups, reviewing results, and applying appropriate security measures before using the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes any mandatory rights available to users or consumers.

16. Responsibility for Violations

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or costs directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without removing any mandatory protection that may be available under the laws of a user's place of residence.

If a dispute occurs, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication and discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to an authority or court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
